Guidelines for Submission of Abstract

Please go through these guidelines before filling the form:

• All abstract must be submitted in proper format to the secretariat before 31^st  July 2010.

• The abstract with the title, name of author(s) should be within 250 words. 

• The title should be comprehensive and should include institution and city. Do not include degree or titles. The

name of the presenting author should be underlined. Surnames first and initials only. This should be

followed by key words. 

• The abstract should be presented as a single paragraph without any subheadings. The confirmation of

acceptance by the scientific committee to the presenting author by 15th August 2010. Please contact the

conference secretariat if no answer is received by 15th September 2010. 

• Only those presentations will be printed in the scientific program where the presenting author has registered for

 the conference.

2. If online submission is not possible then the abstracts can be emailed to the scientific secretary and conference secretariat in the following addresses— suchandab2010@gmail.com &  drnkvr@gmail.com.

3. If soft copies cannot be sent then hard copies can be mailed to the conference secretariat address.
